Credit Evaluation Authorization

These Terms of Use shall become effective as of April 7, 2024.

By indicating your acceptance of these terms (for instance, by clicking the check box or clicking on the button that indicates your agreement to this credit evaluation authorization), you, acting in your individual capacity, hereby represent that you are authorized on behalf of yourself and the business identified in your application (referred to individually as “You” or “Your” or collectively as the “Applicant”) to make and submit representations concerning the Applicant to Status Funding, its representatives, subsidiaries, and affiliates (collectively referred to as “Status Funding” or “we”) and to third-party lenders, finance companies, and/or other third parties engaged in providing commercial loans, or the purchases of receivables (referred to individually as a “Recipient” or collectively as “Recipients”). You authorize Status Funding and Recipients to conduct, obtain, receive, and process an evaluation of You and/or Your business that Status Funding or any Recipient deems necessary to process your application for business-purpose financial products.

As part of this evaluation, You authorize Status Funding and Recipients to obtain consumer/personal and/or business and investigative financial and credit reports from one or more consumer credit reporting agencies (including, but not limited to, TransUnion, Experian, Equifax, and Dun & Bradstreet) as well as from other credit bureaus, banks, creditors, and other third parties concerning You and Your business. Furthermore, You acknowledge and authorize that Status Funding and Recipient, respectively and individually, may obtain statements from creditors, financial institutions, and other third parties, along with other relevant information about You and Your business, which includes credit card processor statements and bank statements.

You authorize Status Funding and Recipients to obtain your credit report during the evaluation of any application submitted through www.statusfunding.com, including any subdomains, co-branded websites, or any other platforms where this Credit Evaluation Authorization may be agreed to, during the finalization of any financial product, or at various times throughout the duration of the financial product(s) You obtain in connection to its servicing or enforcement. This authorization shall constitute your written instructions in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, as amended. Moreover, you authorize Status Funding and each Recipient to contact third parties to verify any information provided in your credit report or otherwise submitted to Status Funding or Recipients as part of your application for financial products.

You confirm that the information you have provided to Status Funding as part of your application, along with any additional information that may be submitted as part of your application, is accurate and truthful and may be relied upon by Status Funding and Recipients in their consideration of your application. Any false representation you make in conjunction with the information you submit may be considered fraud, and as such may be subject to legal penalties / punishable by law.
